Welcome to ToSafe.World. This application is a safety-critical tool designed for the analysis and detection of seismic waves. By using this service, you agree to the following privacy practices and terms of use.

Prominent Disclosure: Permissions & Data Control

ToSafe.World requires access to your Location and Physical Activity sensors to provide real-time protection for you and those around you. This processing is essential for:

Analysis and Detection of Seismic Waves: The system correlates vibration data from all active devices within a 10km radius of your current position. This enables the verification of seismic activity and the filtering of false alarms through instantaneous analysis of collective data.
Family Safety Circle (User-Controlled Sharing): Registered users have full manual control over their visibility. You decide how and when to share your coordinates with each family member:
- Emergency Only: Sharing activates only after an evaluation of seismic risks.
- Always: Always: Coordinates update upon location changes to ensure constant visibility for that specific member.
Permissions can be modified or revoked at any moment within the app settings.
Critical Notifications: Access to notifications is required for audible voice alerts ("Protection Enabled") and high-priority warnings during seismic events.

1. Data Collection & Security

Encryption: All personal data and location streams are encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (TLS/SSL).

Authentication: Google Login is used exclusively to establish a secure connection between family members. We do not sell, trade, or monetize your personal information.

Third-Party Services: We may use Google Cloud to facilitate real-time notifications and secure data storage. This provider are compliant with international security standards.

2. Operational Continuity & User Control

Auto-Restart: For your protection, the safety service automatically restarts on device reboot. This core safety feature is always accompanied by a voice notification to ensure you are aware of active monitoring.

Manual Stop: You can terminate all sensor processing at any time via the "Stop Protection" toggle on the main interface.

3. Data Revocation & Deletion

Instant Termination: Revoking access for a family member instantly stops data transmission to them. No historical location logs are retained after revocation.
Account Erasure: Deleting your account will permanently purge all profile information, family links, and registration data from our servers within 30 days.

4. Liability & Safety Limitations

Supplementary Aid: ToSafe.World is not a substitute for official government emergency services. The app provides analysis and detection of seismic waves but does not offer scientific measurement of earthquake magnitude. Always prioritize official instructions.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, TOSAFE.WORLD LLC is not liable for any losses, injuries, or hardware wear resulting from the use or failure of the application.

5. Intellectual Property & Use

All algorithms, logos, and software associated with ToSafe.World are the property of TOSAFE.WORLD LLC. Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering the app or submitting fraudulent data to the monitoring network.
